1. Registration

By submitting the seminar registration form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. The Institute of Warehousing And Strategic Supply Chain Management (IWSSCM) reserves the right to decline or cancel any registration where information provided is found to be false or misleading.

2. Payment

• All seminar fees must be paid in full prior to submission of the registration form.
• Proof of payment (receipt or evidence of bank transfer) must be uploaded as part of the registration process.
• Registration is provisional until payment has been verified by the IWSSCM finance team.
• Fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without prior notice for future seminars.

3. Confirmation of Registration

Following submission of the form and payment receipt, the IWSSCM team will review and confirm your registration within 24 hours. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on the registration form. Attendees should retain this confirmation as proof of registration.

4. Membership Discounts

IWSSCM Members are entitled to the discounted member rate. The Institute reserves the right to request proof of active membership status, and any attendee found to have provided false membership information may be charged the non-member rate or have their registration cancelled.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the seminar date are eligible for a full refund or transfer of registration to a future seminar.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the seminar date are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant or to a future seminar at the discretion of the Institute.
• Failure to attend without prior notice (a "no-show") will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

6. Changes to the Programme

IWSSCM reserves the right to amend the seminar date, venue, time, speakers, or content where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. Registered participants will be notified of any significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Certificates of Attendance

Certificates of attendance will be issued to participants who attend the full duration of the seminar(s) for which they are registered. Certificates will not be issued to participants who arrive significantly late, leave early, or do not attend.

8. Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the seminar. IWSSCM reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

9. Data Protection

Information submitted via the registration form will be used solely for the purposes of processing your seminar registration, communicating seminar-related updates, and maintaining IWSSCM's records. Your details will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

10. Photography and Recording

IWSSCM may take photographs or video recordings during the seminar for promotional and archival purposes. By attending the seminar, participants consent to the use of such material by IWSSCM in its publications, website, and social media channels.

11. Liability

IWSSCM is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by participants while attending the seminar, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements regarding travel, accommodation, and personal belongings.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the agreement box on the registration form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
